  1. The project is over. What happens to my information?:
    • Your notes, including the cue sheet are archived and remain available online for any authorized user to read
    • Notes become read-only once they are archived, however, any subscriber can reopen an old set of notes for editing at any time by contacting us
    • Music supervisor permissions are downgraded to producer permissions.
    • Attachments are not automatically deleted when a project is archived, but we retain the right to delete them if disk space becomes an issue. We would normally be prepared to come to an agreement if for some reason, you did wish us to archive your attachments.
  2. I'd like to tell all my friends about spottingnotes.com
    • We'd like that too
